1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
⚠️ Fabric that has been cut to size or specially ordered is NOT eligible for return, unless it is defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Cut or customized fabrics

Items damaged after delivery

Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
